No. Demo, Zero, Lite and Pro are all one-time purchases — pay once, own it. There's no recurring bill and no year-two renewal.
Elite is coming soon, after the initial launch. It builds on everything in Pro with shared boards for team collaboration, a collaborative AI chat assistant, and optional access to a hosted model when you want more horsepower than your own hardware offers.
Yes. If you're on Zero or Lite when you upgrade to Pro, your existing boards, tasks and meeting series come with you — you won't start over.
Not on Demo, Zero, Lite or Pro. Meeting transcription happens on your device, and Pro's AI assistant runs entirely on-device too — nothing is uploaded, and there's no account required just to use the app. Every AI-assisted feature is also available through a simple copy/paste workflow if you'd rather use an AI tool you already trust.
No. ProChecked is built to work completely offline. An internet connection is only ever needed for the optional, later Elite features that call out to a hosted model.
They vary by tier — Demo and Zero just need a modern browser, Lite and Pro need a bit more RAM and disk. Full detail is on the system requirements page.
Every tier, Zero, Lite, Pro and Elite, comes with a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email sales@getprochecked.com. Paddle, our merchant of record, issues the refund. Refunds for ProChecked Zero aren't available once the product has been downloaded or used, except where the law requires. See the Refund Policy for details.
Each Lite or Pro license activates on a limited number of your own devices, managed from your account page once accounts open. Zero and Demo aren't device-locked at all.
